Survival period

Survival period means that an insurance benefit is payable, only if the insured is alive for a period of more than or equal to 30 days from the date of the first diagnosis of the illness/medical event or undergoing an illness-related surgical procedure for the first time

Is a free-look option available in this policy?

The policy holder has a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the first policy document to review the terms and conditions of this policy. If they have any objections to any of the terms and conditions, one has the option of cancelling the policy, stating the reasons for cancellation. If they have not made any claim during the free-look period, they shall be entitled to a refund of premium

Is a free- look option available on the renewal of this policy?

Free-look period will not be applicable to renewal policies
