    Access the ABHA website and choose "Generate ABHA Number".

    Choose Aadhar or Driving License and proceed to the next step.

Aadhaar card that should be linked with your phone number
Bank account number
Your medical certificate (optional)
The number on the driving licence (only for generating an enrollment number).
