The purchase protection coverage protects any loss or damage to any new items belonging to the insured's business within the insured premises purchased during the policy period within 90 days of the policy purchase. The policy holder has to pay an additional premium for insuring the newly purchased item/stock. The sum insured will be restored till the expiry of the policy period
