Shri Suraksha Insurance Coverages
Shri Suraksha Insurance policy has 2 types of compulsory coverage
Section I
An insured can choose Section I according to his marital status. It provides Personal Accident cover up to Rs. 2,50,000 on a floater basis. As stated in the policy document, an individual sum insured is fixed for self, spouse, children and parents
Section II
It covers vehicle owners/person(s) engaged in the operation/maintenance of vehicles and allied services for residential buildings/ contents against the risk of fire and allied perils. The maximum sum insured is Rs. 3, 00,000/-
If the insured owns the residential building, the risk covered under fire and allied perils are Rs. 2,00,000/- & Rs. 1,00,000/- for contents and if it is a rented house, then only contents are covered for Rs. 1, 00,000/-
An insured will have to choose one option for coverage according to the requirements
Option I – Married Vehicle Owners/person engaged in the operation and maintenance of the vehicle
