With the Shriram Passenger Carrying Vehicle Insurance policy, a Compulsory Personal Accident (CPA) cover of Rs. 15,00,000/- will always be included at an affordable premiu

Third-Party Insurance

According to Section 146 of the Indian Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Third-Party (TP) passenger carrying vehicle insurance is mandatory for all commercial passenger vehicles. A Third-Party (TP) liability passenger carrying vehicle insurance protects the insured from any third-party liabilities (opponent vehicle driver injury, vehicle or property damage). If the insured vehicle causes "third-party" property damage, Shriram General Insurance will compensate up to Rs. 7,50,000/- as specified in the policy. Shriram Passenger Carrying Vehicle Insurance policy provides unlimited third-party personal liability coverage to the third-party accidental death/injury caused by the insured vehicle
