Underwriting Department :-
The Underwriting Department strives to provide excellent customer service and ensure member satisfaction. Underwriting staff assist members with any questions they may have regarding the different coverages offered. This is a process of selecting risks and classifying them according to company policy for their acceptance so that the appropriate rates may be assigned. The process also includes rejection of those risks that do not qualify. Our underwriters are a group of technicians trained in evaluating risks and determining rates and coverages for them.

Claims :-
Our Claims Department. Our Claims Department has the latest technology available in the market today. This enables our staff to handle your claim in the most efficient manner. This is a demand made by the insured, or the insured's beneficiary, for payment of the benefits provided by the contract following the occurrence of an insured event. Our claims department team has its members at the corporate office and is responsible for managing and supporting the entire claim settlement function.

Marketing & Sales :-
Marketing is about acquiring and retaining customers for products and services by delivering customer value. These are the people responsible for the business development and business retention of the organization. Our sales and marketing executives have a deep knowledge of the market and believe not just in expanding the business but in focusing on quality business.

Operations :-
Members of the process team ensure that acceptances follow the laid-down procedure before they are converted into policy documents. He or she is responsible for smooth back-end operations.

Finance & Accounts :-
The Accounts department is responsible for overseeing financial management practices within the entire Ministry and coordinating the budget formulation processes. This team provides support to all financial transactions and accounting. It consists of a team of qualified chartered accountants operating through the various locations.

Human Resources :-
Human Resource Departments are the entities organizations form to organize people, reporting relationships, and work in a way that best supports the accomplishment of the organization's goals. Our team is responsible for recruitment, performance management, training and organizational development.
