Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Qualification: B.Tech & MBA in Marketing from premiere institute only.
Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of experience preferably in General Insurance industry is expected for this position. Of these, at least 5 years should be in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing a large marketing team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as Chief Marketing Officer. As a CMO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in the general insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, particularly within the insurance sector, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the Indian market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's overall objectives and drive business growth in the general insurance industry.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the team's effectiveness and achievement of marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities, translating insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and underwriting, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on marketing investments.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, events, and sponsorships.
- Drive brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, partners, vendors, and industry associations, to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into the company's marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure effective manpower planning for the region and work with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Determine KPIs on an ongoing basis for different sales verticals.

About You
- Entrepreneurial attitude & willingness to explore new initiatives to pursue profitable growth with very strong analytical & reasoning skills along with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices in B2B & B2C industry, particularly in the insurance sector. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a large team.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer knowledge – Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Appreciative of customer needs and problems.
- Willingness to travel.
