Job Title: Asst. General Manager
Qualification: 
MBBS/ Engineer/ MBA in Marketing from premiere institutes only.  Doctors from other streams are also welcome to apply.
Experience: Proven experience of at least 10+ years in Retail Health Sales in the healthcare or insurance industry, with focus on retail health insurance.
Location: Jaipur (Corporate Office)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as AGM – Retail Health. This position will be responsible for leading and managing the retail health insurance vertical, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably with an MBBS degree and an MBA in Marketing. Doctors from other streams are also welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of Health business targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the retail health insurance segment, including individual health policies, family floater plans, and other retail health products.
  3. Expansion of Health Business through (APIs) insurtechs by promoting bite-sized products.
  4. Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance, and performance management to ensure the team's effectiveness and achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, and customer service, to develop and launch retail health insurance products that cater to customer needs and market demands.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other medical professionals to enhance the network and ensure quality healthcare services for policyholders.
  8. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote retail health insurance products, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and sponsorships.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as policy sales, customer retention, claims management, and profitability within the retail health insurance segment.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying updated with changes in healthcare regulations and incorporating them into product offerings and processes.
  11. Provide training and guidance to sales teams, agents, and intermediaries on retail health insurance products, features, and benefits.
  12. Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities within the retail health insurance segment.
  13. Rewards and Recognition for channel partners.


About You
 
  1. Strong understanding of the retail health insurance segment, including market dynamics, customer requirements, distribution channels, and regulatory landscape.
  2. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on delivering results.
  6. Familiarity with healthcare networks, medical terminology, and healthcare service delivery processes.
  7. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to health insurance.
  8. Willingness to travel to meet with stakeholders, attend industry events, and visit healthcare providers.
  9. Strong computer knowledge – Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
