Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to our team as GM - Research & Future Ready. The candidate will be responsible to lead the formulation and execution of research strategies that foster informed decision-making and position our company as a thought leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. To conduct meticulous market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend spotting.
2. To develop and implement robust research methodologies to gather relevant data to support various business functions.
3. To collaborate with diverse teams to provide actionable insights based on research findings.
4. To play a pivotal role in generating thought leadership content that establishes our organization as an industry leader.
5. To keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that could impact our business.
6. To provide research-backed insights to senior leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making.
7. To foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking within the organization.

1. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to non – motor claims
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
4. Strong computer knowledge – Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
5. Willingness to travel.
