Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech / Lawyer
Experience: 15+ years, Retired IPS/ State Police Officers/ Lawyer
Location: Corporate Office (Jaipur)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled professional for the role of GM - Fraud Control & Investigation. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Fraud Control and Investigation department.

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. To lead investigations into suspected fraudulent cases, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
2. To develop and execute effective strategies and policies to prevent fraudulent activities. 
3. To develop and maintain productive relationships with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
4. To analyze data and trends to proactively identify potential fraud risks.  
5. To create and deliver training and awareness programs on fraud prevention.

1. In-depth understanding of fraud prevention strategies and techniques. 
2. Strong analytical and investigation skills. 
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
4. Strong computer knowledge – Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft office tools.
5. Willingness to travel.
